Use prior to and during divination readings.
Works best on an empty stomach and after a day of fasting.
Steep 1 full tablespoon of loose leaf tea in tea pot for 1 hr, Add cinnamon and/or cloves, Sip hot cup of tea while meditating, practicing physical yoga, while praying and before rest.
Yoni Steam: Use with Yoni Steam chair or Steam Pot. Use a full cup and bring to a medium boil for 20-25 minutes. Remove from fire, let sit covered for 5-8 minutes. *Prior to steaming, ensure the temperate of the steam wont burn your yoni's delicate skin. Steam for 15-30 minutes- covering the legs to retain vapors.
