Somewhere along my journey I slowed down from the constant motion of the city and smelled the Roses... which happen to not be my favorite scent, I moreso enjoy Gardenia and Nightshades... however, stopping to smell the flowers unlocked another world for me. Then I started camping which catapulted my transition into 'Rediscovering My Magick"...once you surrender to Nature your senses change, see #Wildlings..... Now, I notice things most folks take for granted.
Autumn is here HoUSston. The acorns are already on the ground and pecans are begining to fall from their fruits. The Sycamore Tree in the picture already has yellowish-green leaves. Soon it will be naked. Next week is the late, Harvest Full Moon. Imagine if we decided to eat, atleast 60%, in-season & local? They say when you do, seasonal allergies won't hit you so hard. Plus, we cycle money closer to home... What's better than that? Any ideas on how to do so? Food Co-ops, Community Gardens and Farmers Markets are a few ways.
