Good Rising Circle Sisters! Some clever folks felt 'Morning' and 'Mourning' were linked, or atleast shared resonance. Therefore, they transmuted the common saying and instead, greet one another with "Good Rising!" [As the Sun is rising and we are not mourning the death of the night (we know Darkness is Eternal!).]
This rising, on our Eastern drive to work we intentionally Sun Gazed. Many drivers had on sunglasses, other had their visors pulled down blocking the almost blinding radiance. Instead, we welcomed the bright, golden intensity. Incrementally we stared longer as we sat in traffic. At first it was difficult. My eyes had to adjust- my pupils find their correct dilation. First the Sun was all i could see, everything else looked like shadows. Then my eyes and brain synced and it felt natural. Warm. I felt gently energized- No coffee required!
Sun Gazing is an ancient Yoga Practice. It was done at Sunrise and Sunset. If you are considering, take a few moments to research more information so you get the most out of the exercise.
Now, I'm at work and I'm high. Lol, off the Natural (NTR'al) source. I feel connected and ready for what the day holds!
