Good Rising Circle Sisters! Some clever folks felt 'Morning' and 'Mourning' were linked, or atleast shared resonance. Therefore, they transmuted the common saying and instead, greet one another with "Good Rising!" [As the Sun is rising and we are not mourning the death of the night (we know Darkness is Eternal!).]
This rising, on our Eastern drive to work we intentionally Sun Gazed. Many drivers had on sunglasses, other had their visors pulled down blocking the almost blinding radiance. Instead, we welcomed the bright, golden intensity. Incrementally we stared longer as we sat in traffic. At first it was difficult. My eyes had to adjust- my pupils find their correct dilation. First the Sun was all i could see, everything else looked like shadows. Then my eyes and brain synced and it felt natural. Warm. I felt gently energized- No coffee required!
Sun Gazing is an ancient Yoga Practice. It was done at Sunrise and Sunset. If you are considering, take a few moments to research more information so you get the most out of the exercise.
Now, I'm at work and I'm high. Lol, off the Natural (NTR'al) source. I feel connected and ready for what the day holds!
"During these last few moments of yesterday, as many Nations began their 'days' at sunset, I reflect on the magnitude of abundance that surrounds me. That which I must be if my eyes can see; I see you- I see me. And we are exactly who and what we need to be in this moment... This lone moment is all that exists, and in this moment I give thanks. Thank you for being here, inside me; my thoughts. You pulse my wonders like a blood crystal prism holding luminescence. Thank you for my glow. You who chose to read this, my words. My gratitude. Bliss you. May you see me in the empty spaces of yourself. Then may you see nothing at all.. Just darkness and chaos and Divine Creative Force. On these last few moments of the energetic marker known as Thursday.... May you feel abundant. May you feel void, because that is where I am, wide and imposing, selfish and granting, absolving. 5-D... Look at expansive us.. On Jupiter, our feet never touched the ground." ---Sphinx

There is no way to become successful without controversy and opposition, successful by definition means achievement and achievement requires 'a climb'. Queen Oprah, as I reference her to honor her momentous climb, has scaled her mountains and therefore there is much we can learn from her. If one is wise, we learn both what to do and what not to do. I am sharing this interview because Im pretty sure if you're reading my blog, you are on your own personal journey towards your individual greatness. Queen Oprah is a Queen in every since of the word because of her ability to speak to the soul.... I hope this interview provides you with a little (or a lot) Manna to continue on your path.
