I don't recall the details of Memorial Day, I believe it began in memory of Pearl Harbor. Pardon my ignorance. I do know it is a day to honor soldiers and warriors and supporting persons in the military. Of course we honor their lives, their sacrifice for their families. For this country even- as complicated as the motives for wars the US wages. Buffalo & Bayou Apothos honors the life of those brave and loyal warriors. Today we call upon our Warriors who never die. Protect our energy and thoughts from passivity, protect us from energetic vampirism and thieves; starve our enemies. Today we call on our Warriors to bind all merciless murderers, rapists, colonizers and thieves. Confound those restless and bloodthirsty Spirits. May our Ancestral warriors keep them at bay. Confuse and Constrict all things seen and unseen forming to take away from my/our persons and our kin. Selah.
